Profile

Missy MacDonald is a Value Stream Leader at Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company. She is based in Wilsonville, Oregon and has over 20 years of experience in industry and the military, including program management, supply chain, and quality improvement.  She served nine years as an active duty Navy officer.  Missy holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Chancellor University.
