Over 20 years of experience in leadership, program and operations management in multinational companies. Currently leading the Phenom Program at Embraer Executive Jets in the Business Aviation industry.
She has been leading the Phenom Program for 11 years. This line of business (LOB) (Phenom 100 and Phenom 300) has more than 1,100 aircraft delivered to 700+ customers in 70+ countries. Phenom 300 has been the most delivered light jet for 11 years in a row and recently it has been nominated as the most flown business jet in the USA history.
Among other responsibilities, she leads the Phenom Product Development Portfolio, by selecting, creating, proposing, and approving the business plans along with the C-level, including new aircraft versions and large projects. Executing the business plans and leading cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers from the product inception to the Entry to Service, including requirements definition, suppliers selection, certification, and production. In addition, she manages the Program P&L and the S&OP process from the sales demands and market forecast to the aircraft delivery process to the final customer.
Before the Phenom Program, she was Program Manager in the Commercial Aviation Business Unit at Embraer for 5+ years. She led the E-jets Portfolio, from the product modification selection through its entry into service, including requirements definition, suppliers selection and certification. Co-leader in the implementation of Critical Chain Methodology to plan and manage Product Development projects and programs, which became the standard management process in the company.
