Marlene Sharkey is a Senior Program Manager and Operational Excellence Leader for Honeywell Aerospace – Engines and Power Systems. She has a diverse background in manufacturing, project management, and IT.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Marlene spent seven years in IT at American Family Insurance, where she served as a Program Scrum Master for IT Service Management. Her leadership was instrumental in driving Agile and DevOps transformation, including a successful enterprise-wide implementation of ServiceNow.
Previously she worked at Rockwell Automation in sales and delivery of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple industries. At Procter and Gamble, she served as the Power, Controls, and Information Systems (PC&IS) lead for Family Care. In that role she led the PC&IS scope for two $150 million Paper Machine startups in Albany, Georgia, and in Manchester, England. Marlene also played a pivotal role in implementing the first standard Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Marlene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
