Laura Bear is the Program Manager for the Ukraine National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) Program at Raytheon, a business of RTX. In this role, she oversees all program execution efforts from contract award to final system deliveries as well as sustainment for all Raytheon Ukraine NASAMS Programs.
Prior to her current role, Bear was Program Manager for Spares and Sustainment across the SPY-6 family of programs at Raytheon which included leading sustainment efforts across the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR), Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR), and Hardware Production & Sustainment (HP&S) programs.
Previously, Bear was Staff Executive to the Business President of Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems and Raytheon Missiles and Defense where she assisted the Business President, facilitated business operations, coordinated and collaborated with the leadership team, and led special projects.
Prior to that, Bear served as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Patriot Radar System supporting various programs across the Patriot Programs Portfolio. In this role she was responsible for the financial oversight, schedule management, and on time hardware delivery for major end items and spares across several Patriot domestic and international programs.
Bear holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
